# Crash reports, anonymous chat, push settings and custom pages

> ZeroLog Android now sends anonymous crash reports. This update also covers anonymous chats, push settings and custom site blocks.

ZeroLog Android v1.21.0 now sends an anonymous report when the app crashes. Other ZeroLog apps do not send reports yet.

An Android report may contain a short error code, a sanitized crash stack, the affected app route, Android version and API level, device model, processor architecture, app version, and rounded crash time and session duration. It does not send chat contents, account details, authentication tokens, email addresses, or raw exception messages. File paths and variable route values are filtered before sending.

If a report cannot be sent, the app keeps it locally for a later attempt and removes it after seven days.

Reports have no account or chat link, and no IP address is stored with them. Before storage, email addresses, access keys, IP addresses and personal file paths are replaced with placeholders; unexpected fields are dropped. Crash groups keep only their newest report and expire 30 days after the crash was last seen.

## Anonymous chat storage

The anonymous chat guide now explains where encrypted messages go. They are stored separately from regular chats and workspaces. If storage fails, you see an error and the message is not saved elsewhere. Deleting an anonymous chat also deletes its encrypted messages. Read the [guide](https://zerolog.ch/docs/anon) for details.

## Push notifications

Turning off push notifications now applies to your account on every device. The app will not turn them back on during sign-in or refresh. To receive them again, turn notifications on in the app.

## Custom site blocks

Custom page blocks now receive a TypeScript compatibility check before they are saved. The builder corrects unused React imports and unsupported style syntax that could otherwise stop a site build.
