If you lock encrypted memory while a chat message is being prepared, that preparation can no longer add entries from the earlier unlocked session. Switching accounts also discards pending memory preparation. *A lock ends the earlier session, including work still in progress.* An unlock attempt that finishes after a lock or account change is discarded. Unlock memory again when you want to use it. Messages already sent are not recalled.
