Connectors

Connect Gmail, Google Drive or Google Calendar to your account. It is optional: you choose whether to connect, and you can disconnect at any time.

One connector call, and the way outYou connect your own account; Google starts with read access only. Every connector call passes the egress broker and lands in the activity log; disconnecting removes the access and what it collected.

  4. A write action needs the separate write consent. Even then, each kind of action is granted separately and confirmed the first time. Without consent it is refused.

No connector

ZeroLog works fully without one.

You connect it

Connecting is your action, with your own account. A Google connection asks for read access first. Write access is a separate consent.

While it is connected

Every call goes through ZeroLog's egress broker, which allows only the hosts listed for the connector, and is logged under Activity.

  • Available only where ZeroLog has enabled it for your account.
  • Even with write access, each kind of action is granted separately and confirmed the first time.

You disconnect it

Disconnect removes the saved connection, the activity log and the media from that connector. For Google, the access is also revoked at Google and the indexed copy is deleted.

No connector

You can connect the service again whenever you choose.
