Free is an account without a container: chat, files and vault, with your own AI access or credit you buy. Mini (CHF 9 a month), Pro (CHF 15), Max (CHF 24) and Ultra (CHF 79) add a Linux container, the tools that run in it, and AI credit every month. Pay yearly and two months are on us. Credit is spent on any model at the provider's rate plus 2 %. Every plan stops at its limit, and nothing is billed after the fact. All customer models run through Featherless.ai. One provider, one ZeroLog credit balance. Automatic model routing is not offered to customers. Read the provider change in the Newsroom.

Mini, Pro and Max have one container each, in growing sizes. Ultra has up to three that
share one pool of vCPU, RAM and SSD. Terminal, code execution, builder, design engine and site builder
run in the container, so they come with every paid plan. Chat, files and vault work on every plan.
The agent run limit (/goal) applies to each run, not to the month: the run ends when its time is up.

Add-on
Compute boost for Pro, Max and Ultra.
A boost adds 2 vCPU, 8 GB RAM and 25 GB SSD for CHF 12 a month, up to 2 boosts per account, cancellable monthly. Mini has no boost, because it would be larger than the plan. On Ultra it counts against the whole pool.
Credit
Credit packs, on every plan.
Credit pays for models at the provider's rate plus 2 %. Packs are monthly subscriptions: you pay by card through Stripe, the credit is added every month, and a pack renews until you cancel. Any plan, Free included. A one-time top-up by hand is a separate option.

How credit behaves
The same rules on every plan.
- Credit is spent on any Featherless.ai model in the customer catalogue. The price under a reply already includes the 2 %, so the figure you see is the figure you are charged.
- Credit included in a plan is added each month after a successful invoice and is spent before credit you bought.
- Included credit expires 3 months after it was added. It cannot be paid out in cash and cannot be transferred.
- At zero the paid models stop, and nothing is charged after the fact.
- Change plan any time. Stripe settles the part-month on your next invoice.
- Cancel and credit you bought stays spendable. Your containers pause at the end of the paid period; nothing is deleted.
- Bring your own provider key and none of this applies to that traffic: it goes to the provider at their rate, and we take nothing.
For scale
Hetzner's CPX31 is 4 vCPU and 8 GB for EUR 16.49 a month, and their CX32 is the same cores and RAM for EUR 6.80 with more disk than we give you. Max has 4 GB more RAM and less disk than either. What neither comes with is the model catalogue, the agents, the browser extension, or an assistant that can drive the box. That is the part you are paying us for. Prices checked September 2026.
