Some workflows you end up explaining the same way every time. Write it down once, keep it as a file, and attach the file instead.
The file
A skill is a plain file. Change it, and the next turn already reads the changed version.
When it loads
The AI loads a skill when it is relevant to what you asked, so a workflow you have written down once does not get explained again.
