Paperclip for Android
Check your work and keep up with agents from your phone.
Preview: This guide covers features planned for an upcoming Paperclip for Android release. They may not be available in the version you have installed yet.
Sign in
- Open Paperclip for Android and choose a sign-in method.
- Approve the device sign-in in the web app, or choose Sign in with board token and enter a token created in the web app.
- The app selects your available instance. If you have more than one, choose the instance you want to use.
If no instance is ready, connect one in Paperclip first. When sign-in or loading fails, follow the message in the app and try again.
Inbox and board
Your inbox shows issues you are involved in. Unread status helps you find updates, and archived issues stay out of the inbox. The board shows the wider issue list. Change instances to refresh the lists for that workspace.
Find an agent and send a message
- Open Agents to see the available agents and their status.
- Select an agent to open a one-to-one chat.
- Write and send your first message to start the conversation.
Opening a chat by itself does not start a conversation. If a message cannot be sent, the draft stays in the composer. If messages or lists do not load, check that you are online and using the right instance, then tap the retry control.
