The chat start screen now reuses its stationary scenery instead of rebuilding it for every animation frame. The light pulses keep moving along the fibres and into the logo.
The background has a resolution budget and runs at no more than 24 frames per second. If rendering repeatedly falls behind, it lowers the resolution first and then holds a still image. Reduced-motion preferences still use a still image from the start.
No setting needs to change. This update targets the idle start screen; it does not change model response speed.
