A small improvement to image annotation.
User impact: Background
For people marking images, answering builder questions or copying code: less repeated rendering and fewer idle updates. Controls, exports and active deadlines stay the same; no action needed.
Image annotation avoids recalculating unchanged marks while a new mark is being drawn. Drawing controls and exported images stay the same.
Builder questions stop updating an idle countdown once it no longer needs to run. Active deadlines and answer-edit windows keep working as before.
Code blocks avoid rebuilding unchanged code when copy feedback updates. Copying, saving and line numbering stay the same.
