People on phones see the chat start view fit the screen, and a failed quota lookup shows a plain message. No action is needed.
The chat start view now fits on phones: the header and the greeting no longer crowd or cut off each other.
When your quota cannot be loaded, the hint shows a plain message instead of raw error text. Admin quota changes now respect a missing second factor. Appearance previews show the ZL mark. No action is needed.
