Provider retention, account email and waitlist data

Chat and delegated-call status now reflects that distinction. ZeroLog does not send a per-request Zero Data Retention setting to Featherless.

Featherless says it does not store API prompts or responses. That is the provider's general statement, not a setting enforced for each request by ZeroLog.

You can add and confirm an email address under Settings > Account & Security. Once confirmed, it can receive password reset links and alerts about unfamiliar sign-ins. ZeroLog sends these account emails through Microsoft Graph. Microsoft processes the address and message content to deliver them. Email is optional and is not a second factor.

Waitlist and preview requests

Waitlist sign-ups that are never confirmed are now deleted after 7 days. Before, an unconfirmed address stayed in the list.

Every waitlist email carries an unsubscribe link. Opening it shows a confirmation page and changes nothing. Pressing the button removes your entry. Mail apps that support one-click unsubscribe can do the same step for you. The reply is identical whether or not the address was on the list.

Preview requests are deleted 12 months after they were sent.

Neither list stores an IP address or a value derived from one. Each entry records which version of the consent text you agreed to.

The waitlist counter stays hidden until 50 people have confirmed. After that it shows the count rounded down to the nearest ten.
