The sidebar is now a slim icon rail with the chat panel next to it, and workspaces moved into a compact chip.
User impact: Daily use
All app users: the sidebar becomes a 56 px icon rail with a chat panel beside it, and workspaces move into a compact chip with a dropdown. Nothing removed, bookmarks keep working. No action needed.
The app sidebar is split in two. A 56 px icon rail on the left holds Chat, Orders, Artifacts, Security and Models, with settings and the account menu at the bottom. Next to it, the chat panel shows your pinned and recent chats and uses the full height.
Workspaces are now a compact chip at the top of the chat panel. Open the dropdown to switch. Nothing was removed and bookmarks keep working. No action is needed.
