Several updates of the privacy policy went live on 13 October. The terms were changed editorially, and the version stays 1.3.
User impact: Not reviewed
Added on 23 October 2026 from legal/CHANGELOG.md. The preview-link expiry and the encrypted offsite backups of 1.9.1 have their own entry of the same day.
Legal
- 1.8.3: describes the Keycloak sign-in and the removed providers, and describes the Gmail, Google Drive and Google Calendar connectors, which were live before but missing from the text.
- 1.8.4: Featherless confirmed in writing on 28 September that it does not store prompt or completion content. The text names its subprocessors. SMTP2GO replaces Microsoft 365 for emails ZeroLog sends. Memory is described as it runs: off by default, per chat, stored as plain text, not end-to-end encrypted. Terms section 2 is clarified.
- 1.9.0: new sections on Design Engine artifacts and the key proxy. The terms say how preview links and the key proxy work. This is the wording that the entry of 6 October first announced.
- 1.9.1: describes Falco runtime monitoring of container sandboxes (stored pseudonymously, 90 days, memory only), that sign-in events are not recorded, preview-link expiry and encrypted offsite backups.
