7 October: settings reorganised, complete data export, retryable account deletion

Settings are split into separate sections. The personal data export and the account deletion cleanup were reworked.

User impact: Not reviewed

Added on 23 October 2026 from the repository history. Three deploys ran on this day.

Browsing and editing workspace filesIn Compute, Files, you pick a workspace. A running workspace shows its live file tree; a paused one shows the last listing from network storage until you restore it. You can open a file, edit a text file and save it, or download a single file. A save is refused if the file changed after you opened it. Because the files are the AI's own filesystem, it sees the change immediately.1. Text version

Files and chats stay in your workspace and account. The export collects them, and deleting the account removes them.

New

  • Settings have a modular hub with sections for privacy and data, memory and context, notifications, devices, code and extension, account security, skills, recipes, routing and storage, models, automation and linked accounts, and hooks, advanced options and data transfer. Old settings links keep working.
  • The key service and provider settings were integrated into the current version of ZeroLog.

Privacy

  • The account data export covers the complete account data.
  • Account deletion cleanup can be retried if a step fails. Deletion records are reduced to the minimum and the locators used for cleanup are protected.

Fixed

  • DeepSeek-V4 through Featherless: tool calls are sent as text, because Featherless dropped the arguments of large calls such as writing a long file.
