21 October: terminal assistants stay current, Codex starts again, public claims corrected
Terminal assistants build from their latest release, Codex starts again and sign-in links open only after your click. Several public pages were corrected to match the code.

Text version
Claude Code and Codex are in the image. Other assistants are fetched by the host with a pinned version and checksum, then checked again inside your own container.
Terminal
- The image build takes the current release of each assistant. Opening the terminal starts the assistant at once and checks in the background for something newer.
- Codex 0.163 failed at start with "No space left on device", because it wants 1 GiB free and our temporary space is 128 MiB. It now starts without its background server. Approval mode runs in a read-only sandbox, since that release dropped the old "untrusted" level.
- Sign-in links from assistants are checked (https only, exact host list, no credentials, rate limited). The browser asks first and opens the link only after your click.
Public pages
- Corrected: the governor and spend-limit docs and the agents page now say there is no spending ceiling per run or chat. "Kata" became "VM class", and the isolation wording in the FAQ matches the docs. The llms.txt sentence about .md files is accurate, and the trust page names Seon.
- Credit packs are named as a monthly subscription on the pricing page, in the docs and in the FAQ.
- New in English and German: unattended agents, API key proxy for AI agents, MiniMax M3 coding agent, Swiss AI workspace data residency. Expanded: five intent pages, the FAQ (9 questions) and the imports docs.
Work on deploys that do not cut running chats, streams and uploads began this day. See 22 October.
Correction (23 October 2026): the section "Public pages" went live on 22 October with the deploy of 10:10 UTC, not on 21 October. The zero-downtime deploy work began on 22 October at about 00:22 UTC.
