Trust and security, in one place

A new documentation page brings together who operates ZeroLog, where workspace data is stored, and which services receive data.

User impact: Not reviewed

The page has been live in the documentation since 1 October 2026. Since then it was extended; it now also names the key service, Infomaniak, MoonPay and the IONOS backups.

Text version

Your workspace data stays on the server in Switzerland. Prompts go to the model provider, and the other services receive only what they need, as listed on the trust page.

The Trust and security page brings the operator’s contact details and workspace architecture together with the data recipients listed in the Privacy Policy. It distinguishes workspace storage in Switzerland from model inference through Featherless in the USA and repeats the policy’s current notice about transfer agreements.

The page links to plan and spending limits, provider status, and the Newsroom. You can reach it from the homepage footer or the documentation navigation.
