Android 1.21.5: more detail on the empty chat view
Version 1.21.5 collects layout measurements so we can find out why some phones show an empty chat view.
Nutzerwirkung: Noch nicht bewertet
On some phones the chat view stays empty after the app starts, although the sign-in works and the page loads. The cause is still open.
Version 1.21.5 measures the view twice, 15 and 60 seconds after the first page has loaded, and sends the result as an anonymous error report: the size and visibility of the view, the browser engine version, the screen size the page sees and the size of the main page areas.
The report contains numbers and the technical names of page elements. It contains no chat content, no text from the page and no account data.
Download 1.21.5 on the app page and install it over your current version.
