15 October: privacy policy 1.9.2 and 1.9.3, terms 1.4

The privacy policy states Featherless's written commitment and the list of its subprocessors. Terms 1.4 and German versions of the legal texts were prepared.

Added on 23 October 2026 from legal/CHANGELOG.md. The changelog calls 1.9.3 and Terms 1.4 an audit release candidate. Which later versions are binding is shown on the legal page.

Privacy Policy 1.9.2: the reference to Featherless's 2024 privacy policy is replaced by its written Developer API commitment of 28 September 2026 (no storage of prompts or completions, no training). These remain statements by the provider.
Privacy Policy 1.9.3: corrects the Featherless account. Its data processing agreement applies to the API account, the EU standard clauses cover EEA and UK transfers only, and there is no Swiss addendum. Thirteen subprocessors are listed, including processing in Singapore. Reliance on Art. 17(1)(b) FADP for regular Swiss transfers is disclosed as disputed.
Terms 1.4: German and English texts, 30-day notice for changes and refund of separately bought credit. Prices state that no VAT is charged.
No EU representative has been appointed. The waitlist consent text names a Swiss mailbox instead of Microsoft 365.
