Payments in another currency or marked failed are not credited. If a MoonPay payment was parked and your credit never arrived, it can now be booked, and if it is still missing you write to info@zerolog.ch with the payment time.

Free has no container; paid plans start at CHF 9 a month. The Free plan no longer includes a container or starter credit, so if you have a container on Free you need Mini or higher to start or resume it.
