Card and USDC payments via MoonPay: parked payments are credited, wrong ones are not
A MoonPay payment that arrived before it could be matched to your account can now be credited later. Payments in another currency or marked failed are not credited.
If a MoonPay payment was parked and your credit never arrived, it can now be booked, and if it is still missing you write to info@zerolog.ch with the payment time.
If a MoonPay payment arrived before ZeroLog could match it to an account, it was parked. Delivering it later failed with an error every time, so the credit never arrived. That is fixed: a parked payment can now be booked to the right account.
Two checks were added in the other direction. A payment whose currency is not USDC is parked and not credited. A payment whose status is failed, cancelled or pending is parked too, but only when MoonPay states that explicitly.
If you paid and your credit is missing, write to info@zerolog.ch with the time of the payment.
