Temporary model pause
Featherless models are temporarily unavailable to customer accounts while ZeroLog completes the provider's data protection terms and confirms its right to offer those models.
Model access
The model picker explains the pause. If you request an affected model, ZeroLog shows a temporary-unavailable message. Choose another model from your picker if one is available to your account.
Your account
Your account, credit balance and conversation history stay in place. You do not need to set up your account again when model access resumes.
Paid time
Billing for paid subscriptions is paused during the inference pause. Paid time on subscriptions and month passes is extended by the number of days the pause lasts. Expiry dates for subscription credit move by the same number of days.
A cancellation scheduled before the pause still takes effect at the adjusted end date.
